This is gonna be my first vampire fic ever.  I've always wanted to write one
I know that there're only Mel and the other Emily are gonna read and review  but I'll post it here anyway
I'll be posting the first chapter tomorrow

"NO!" I screamed as I woke up. I was sweating like any other nights. Nightmares keep coming back to me. "God damn it." I cursed as I looked at the clock.
I never really know why I keep having these dreams. It started when I turned 10. My parents tried to seek help but no luck. I still keep having the same nightmares. I used to have it every single night but it slowly fadded away. From every night, into everyweek. Then every month until it was gone by the time I turn 15.
It's only a few weeks away until my 20th birthday when those nightmares came back to me again. "What the hell is going on?" I muttered as I walked to the kitchen.
"Emily, are you alright?" My best friend, Mel asked. Apperently she heard me screaming. "Those nightmares again?" She asked. We've been friends all our lives, she knows everything there is to know about me as I know hers.
"Yeah, fucking nightmare." I said and poured myself a shot of tequila. Bad habits, I know, but I really needed it. "I hate this."
"I know, Emzie." She said and touched my arm. "I hate seeing you like this too. It really sucks." She smiled.
"Maybe I need to go see those dortors again, huh?" I asked as I poured myself yet another drink.
~*~*~* Pete's P.O.V. ~*~*~*~
Anger was rushing through me just like any other nights. I hate who I am and Gabriel, the one who made me this way. After all the hunts, I'd come back and let it out. Trying to find him is harder than I thought. I never wanted this. I had a good life and I had the girl I loved the most, Sarah. It's been nearly 20 years that she's killed by his hands. When he finished with her, he made me this way. It was a few days later when I met Jonathan Stump, one of the vampire hunters.
At first he was going to kill me, but I told him what happened to me and Sarah. I told him that I was trying to find Gabriel, the oldest and most powerful vampire there is. Not many people, including him, have ever seen Gabriel so he needed me to find him. After that, he took me to his crew. There, they also helped me find the cure of this curse but so far, still no luck. Now it's the second generation of the vampire hunters. The 4 of us, Patrick, Joe, Andy and me are all that's left in the city. Patrick is Jonathan's son and almost like a brother to me.
"Still no luck, I persumed." I heard Joe said to Patrick. It's our turn to go hunting tonight.
He shook his head. "A few vampires weren't lucky either. He really out done himself this time."
"How many this time?" Andy asked as he sat down on the sofa.
"Not enough to make him feel better." Joe shrugged as he watched me. "That's for sure."
