* ~ Mixing Business With Pleasure ~ *

*~*Saz*~*

"Right ok everyone we'll leave it there for now, go and take a break!" Fi our dance teacher shouted.
"God I can't get this routine man, it's too hard!" Ant moaned as the boys, us dancers and our choreographer all walked to the canteen for some well deserved lunch.
"You'll get the hang of it when you practise more!" Fi replied
"Oh god, haven't we practised enough this morning?" Lee moaned
"Shut up you!" Fi teased as we sat down and started eating!
We all had some lunch and then headed back to the dance studio with Lee and Ant still moaning cos they couldn't pick the moves up.
I did feel a bit sorry for them, they were struggling yet Duncan and I were doing a lot better.
"I wonder if Lee and Ant will learn all this before the tour?" I asked Dunc before grabbing a bottle of water
"At this rate I doubt they will!" He laughed and I smiled
"Are you looking forward to it?" I asked him
"Yeah I can't wait to get out there and see all the fans, I'm a bit nervous though, you?" He asked while grabbing some water himself
"If I'm honest, I'm really nervous! I keep thinking I'll forget a move and then muck the whole thing up and well me being me that'll probably happen!" I laughed
"I don't think that'll happen, you're the best dancer I've ever worked with!" He replied
"Dunc I'm the only dancer you've worked with!" I laughed
"You just can't take a compliment can ya?" He smiled
"Saz, Dunk, less talk more work please!" Fi shouted at us
"Yes mum!" Dunc replied laughing and we got back to what we were meant to be doing!

"See ya tomorrow Dunc!" I heard Simon shout to Duncan as we finally finished for the day
"Yeah see ya mate!" He replied before turning to face me
"You wanna lift home?" He asked
"No thanks I think I'll walk, you know what Jamie's like!" I replied and he nodded sympethetically
"See ya later!" I smiled as I grabbed my things and started heading out of the door
"See ya babe!" I heard him say as I walked away.

I'll tell you a little bit about myself, my name's Sarah but most people call me Saz! I'm 20 years old and I'm a professional dancer.
I live in a small flat in London which I share with my boyfriend Jamie and I've been working with Blue for about a year! I've become really good mates with all the other dancers and the boys too especially Duncan, who I'd been paired up with!
We seemed to be so alike in every way and most people thought we'd make a great couple, sadly for them though nothing like that will happen as we're both in relationships.
I've been with Jamie for about 6 months and I love him to bits, or so I keep telling myself! You see he does have his moments, he tends to get really annoyed and jealous if I even look at another guy let alone talk to one!
This makes my job harder because whenever I come in from work I usually get 20 questions and a full interogation! It doesn't help matters either when people start saying about Duncan and I and how good we'd look together, he just goes off on one!
Anyway enough about all that, maybe it's just a bloke thing?!

I arrived home about 20 minutes later, turned on the lights and looked at the time, it was now 7.30 and the flat was quiet, Jamie must have still been at work and probably wouldn't be back for a while. I sat down, put my feet up and then heard my phone ring!
"Hello?" I answered
"Saz it's Dunc, I just a call saying the tour has been moved forward!" He said
"It has? So when does it start now then?" I asked
"Instead of it starting in two weeks it's now one!" He replied
"One! But we're not ready!" I moaned
"I know that's what I told them but they just said to work 24hrs till we are!" He said
"Oh god! Have you told the others yet?" I asked
"No, I thought I'd call you first!" He said
"Did you get home ok?" He then asked, he was so sweet and caring bless him!
"Yeah and thankfully there's been no interogation yet!" I laughed
"That's a first, what's wrong with him!" Dunc laughed
"He's still at work, his car's not here and the place was empty when I got back!" I replied
"Well good luck with him when he comes home!" He said and I smiled
"So I guess we've got an early start tomorrow then?" I asked
"Yeah unfortunatley, I'll see you at work at 7?" He replied
"Yeah ok see ya then, bye!" I said
"Bye!" I heard him say before he hung up
After hanging up myself I went to get some late tea and then headed to bed, I was gonna wait up for Jamie to come home but I was just too tired and I didn't want to play the 20 questions game tonight! I got undressed and then got in and drifted off, dreading the week ahead!

*A Few Days Later*

*~*Saz*~*

*Beep, Beep, Beep, Beep*
I was in the middle of having a decent night's sleep, I hadn't had much the last few days what with all the work I was putting in for the tour and now I'm getting rudely awoken by my alarm going off! It couldn't be morning already, it only felt like I'd been asleep for an hour!
I managed to open my eyes to see that it was 7.02am, I sighed as I dragged myself out of bed and went to have a quick shower but I wasn't in there alone for long!
"Do you have to go into work today?" Jamie moaned and I felt his arms slip around me, I turned around and kissed him.
"You know I do babe, but if it makes you feel any better I don't really wanna go in!" I replied and then he started planting kisses down my neck!
"Pull a sickie then!" He whispered into my ear and then carried on kissing me. He had a day off today and by the sounds of it he wanted to spend it with me!
"I can't, I need to be perfect for this tour! If I muck up even one little bit it's major!" I told him and then he pulled a puppy face!
"You know you're perfect, you're not gonna muck up! One day off won't hurt!" He then said and I sighed, I hated to let him down but then I hated letting the lads and everyone down too, they needed me more at the minute and I needed to practise!
"J I'm sorry but I really have gotta go in, if this was any other time you know I'd have taken the day off, but this tour is important!
"Oh and I'm not?!" He then said and walked out of the shower in a sulk! This was all I needed today!

*~*Jamie*~*

I was sat flicking through the channels on the tv in the livingroom when I heard Saz running around and go into the kitchen.
Why couldn't she have just taken the day off? She's a great dancer and doesn't need any more practise for this tour, she's been there everyday this week and I've hardly seen her!
"I'm off now J, I guess I'll see ya later?" She said walking into the room with a piece of toast in her hand!
"Yeah whatever, send loverboy my love won't ya!" I replied sarcastically and then looked back at the tv
"How many times have I gotta tell you?! Duncan and I are just.....oh you know what forget it!" She shouted and then slammed the front door shut and went off to work.
I sighed and then threw the remote down in anger, all I wanted was a day with my girlfriend was that too much to ask?!

*~*Duncan*~*

I was driving down to the studio when one of my favourite songs suddenly came on the radio, I cranked the volume up and then sped off! As I turned the corner I saw Saz making her way down the road, I beeped her and then pulled over and she smiled as she walked over to my car.
"You walking this morning?" I asked her as I wound my window down and turned the radio down
"Yeah, frigging car is still getting fixed and well Jamie's off on one again so I thought I'd walk!" She replied
"Get in and no arguments ok!" I laughed and she smiled before walking round to the passenger side and getting in.
"Oh I love this song!" She smiled and then cranked my stereo back up and I laughed, we were so alike!
We soon got to the studio and started going over the same routines again, after about an hour Fi walked over to Saz and I!
"Look out here comes trouble!" I laughed and Saz hit me playfully
"Seeing as you two seem to have got the hang of all this you can take a break if you want!" Fi smiled
"Oi that ain't fair! How come we don't get a break?!" I heard Lee's voice echo from the other side of the studio
"Cos you lot dance like muppets!" Fi shouted walking back over to them and Saz laughed
"You fancy a coffee?" I asked and she nodded and then we both headed out and walked down to the canteen.

"Cheers, how much do I owe ya?!" I said taking the coffee and crisps from Dunc as we both sat down in the canteen
"Nah it's on me, just don't tell Fi about the crisps!" He laughed and I smiled
"So come on then, what's he done now?" Dunc asked and I sighed before explaining what had happened with Jamie earlier this morning.
"Well I can see where he's coming from about wanting to spend a day with a goregous girl like you, but he should understand! This is you're job after all and it's really important, you can't just go pulling sickies!" He said and I nodded
"That's what I told him but he just went of in a sulk! I bet you don't get this with Rach?" I laughed, Rach was Dunc's girlfriend and she was really nice!
"Actually we had a bit of a row last night!" He said
"Really? What happened? Hang on forget I said that, I'm being a nosey cow!" I laughed and then sipped on my coffee
"No it's ok! I was being nosey asking what happened to you and Jamie this morning!" He laughed and I shook my head to tell him he wasn't.
"Well we got arguing about me going away on tour, she's got it into her head that I don't love her anymore and that I can't wait to be away from her!?" He sighed
"What's made her think that?" I asked and he shook his head
"I don't know, but to be honest Saz if we split up I don't think I'd be that gutted? All we seem to do is row at the moment!" He replied and I looked at him in shock, Rach and him had been going out longer than Jamie and I!
"Really?!" I asked making sure I'd heard him right!
"Yeah, we've been drifting apart for a few months now! I think we've just stayed together to see if there was anything still there but if there is I ain't feeling it?" He then said and it made me realise the same kinda thing was happening to Jamie and I.
"Saz?!" I heard Dunc say after a few minutes
"Sorry what?" I questioned and looked at him
"You ok?" He asked and I nodded
"Erm yeah fine, listen we should be getting back!" I said looking at the time and he nodded and then we made our way back into the studio to see the lads dancing in time and it looked amazing, they'd finally cracked it!

*~*V*~*

"Omg the boys have finally got the routine!" I shouted happily and Chez and Becz laughed! We along with Fi had been drumming it into them these last few days and they'd finally gotten it!
I'm Vanessa by the way, but everyone calls me V and I'm Simon's dancer! There's 4 of us girl dancers all together and we're so close as mates, infact you could say we're more like sisters! We always hung out together and went clubbin a lot.
There's also Chez who's Antony's dancer, Becz who's Lee's dancer and Saz who's Duncan's dancer! We were like a little family!
"Bout bloody time!" Dunc laughed and I turned around and saw him and Saz walk back in from their break and laugh as the boys danced their asses off!
"Oi, it's a hard routine you know!" Sy said as they finshed, defending himself and the others!
"You make it harder by mucking about as usual!" Fi laughed and then Lee jumped onto her back making monkey noises!
"Lee Ryan get off me!!!" She screamed and he laughed before jumping off her!
I then walked over to Saz and the other girls soon joined us while the lads all went off and chatted.
"I was thinking we could all go clubbing tomorrow night, you know last night of freedom kinda thing before the tour starts?" I suggested and all the girls faces lit up!
"Yeah that would be great!" Becz smiled and Chez and Saz agreed
"Right seeing as we have the rest of the afternoon, I'd like to see you all do it together!" Fi then ordered and we all looked at her
"Erm exactly what do you mean by us all doing it together?" Chez laughed which caused Lee go into a fit of giggles!
"Someone's brain is going dirty again!" I laughed
"To be honest I'd rather do that than dance more!" Ant moaned and we all gave him a strange and worrying look!
"What?!" He laughed and then we all saw the serious look on Fi's face and started to dance for the 1000th time this week!

"Right ok that'll do, it's perfect!" Fi shouted stopping us all after our afternoon of dancing, I was proper knackered now!
"You can take tomorrow off and relax and then I want to see you all like that on Saturday and everynight after that!" She then said and smiled and we all nodded feeling exhausted and wanting to get home!
"No partying either, I know what you're all like!" She laughed and I looked at everyone who just nodded agreeing with her!
"Right see you soon!" She smiled and then walked out and we all burst out laughing.
"No partying, do this, do that!" I mocked
"Talk about slave driver!" Chez laughed
"If she thinks we ain't going out partying she's got another thing coming!" Saz then smiled and all the girls laughed
"Ooooh are you girls going for a night on the town then?!" Lee teased
"We're going clubbing tomorrow night actually! You're welcome to join us if you want!" Becz offered and lets just say we didn't need asking twice!
Everyone then headed out and made their seperate ways home and I walked out of the studio with Saz.
"Do you wanna lift back home?" I asked and she nodded and I drove her back
"Drop me off here!" She said as we reached the end of her road and I looked at her confused
"Jamie!" She said and I nodded understanding what she meant
"Thanks for the lifts today!" She said and smiled
"No problem, I got this thing about helping damsels in distress!" I laughed and then smiled back at her.
She then kissed my cheek and as she pulled away I found myself looking into her eyes, before I knew it our heads had moved closer and we were kissing!
"That really shouldn't have happened!" Saz sighed pulling away and she went to get out of the car before I stopped her
"Wait!" I said and she looked back at me, I touched her face and we kissed again, only this time more passionatly!
"Duncan we can't!" She said pulling away again and looked at me
"Look this never happened and it can't happen again ok! I'll see ya tomorrow night!" She then said and got out of the car and I watched her walk down the road and sat wondering what had just happened!

*~*Saz*~*

I got out of Dunc's car and walked down the road feeling confused and guilty! What just happened back there and why did I kiss him?! I wasn't the sort of person to do something like that!
I looked up at our flat and saw Jamie looking out of the window and his car parked on the side of the road. I sighed and then made my way inside fearing the worst!
"Who brought you home?!" I heard Jamie shout as I shut the door and I looked round at him
"Oh erm V, she was coming this way and offered me a lift!" I lied and then walked into the kitchen to get a drink
"Don't lie to me! It was him that brought you home wasn't it!" He said and grabbed me so I was looking at him
"Get off me!" I shouted and pushed him away and went into the fridge
"Answer the question Saz!" He then shouted and I walked into the livingroom, he stormed after me and demanded answers yet again!
"Yeah alright then fine, Duncan did bring me home and you wanna know why?!" I shouted
"He brought me home and took me to work this morning cos my friggin car hasn't been fixed yet, you weren't gonna bother to offer me a lift this morning, so being the caring guy he is he offered instead!" I shouted and I saw his eyes burning with fire!
"I don't want you going on this tour!" He then shouted and I looked at him like he'd lost the plot
"Well you can't stop me! This is my job and if you can't accept that then...well we're finished!" I shouted and he froze on the spot!
"You don't mean that!" He whispered as if he was almost trying to convince himself that I wouldn't end things!
"Try me!" I said looking at him seriously and it was fair to say I'd put the frighteners on him!
"Saz don't say that! Listen I'm sorry, it's not that I can't accept your job it's just I have this jealousy, especially when you're around him!" He then said calmly.
"Look I know but if you keep this up you're gonna push me away, I can't cope with you being jealous all the time! I want a man that can trust me and at the moment I just feel like you don't!" I said and he hugged me
"I'm sorry, look can we just start again? I'll promise to work through this! I don't wanna lose ya babes!" He then said and I nodded half heartedly.
The worst part now was he had every reason not to trust me!

*~*Rach*~*

I heard Duncan's car pull up in the driveway and I looked at the meal I'd prepared and smiled! The front door then shut and he walked in looking really tired and exhausted!
"Awwww babes you shouldn't have done all this!" He said and looked at me
"I wanted to! Think of this as an apology for all those rows we've been having lately!" I smiled and then he wrapped his arms round me and kissed me
"I don't deserve you!" He said as I made him sit down and relax and then we started eating.
After the meal we got chatting about our days, I work full time in an office and with Dunc rehearsing so much at the moment I hardly get to see him! So this was really nice, although I couldn't help but notice he was being a bit distant with me though?
"Are you ok babe?" I asked as I snuggled into him on the sofa
"Yeah sorry, I'm just feeling really tired!" He replied and I kissed him but he didn't seem to respond
"You sure you're ok?" I asked again
"For god sake I've just told you I am!" He snapped and then looked at me
"Sorry! It's just been a long day that's all!" He apologised and I smiled
"Oh yeah we're having a party at work tomorrow night for Fiona, it's her birthday and we can take a guest! I was thinking maybe you'd like to come!" I asked and he pulled a face
"The lads and everyone said they were going clubbing tomorrow night, I kinda said I'd go!" He replied
"Can't you get out of it? You're gonna be on tour with them the next few months and I'll hardly see you!" I moaned
"Yeah but babes I don't really get on with your work mates, I don't know any of them and they're all posh snobs!" He said
"Oh and does that make me one too then?!" I asked feeling hurt. He'd only met them all a few times yet he was judging them, what the hell did he know!
"No course not but I'd just rather go out with the lads and everyone!" He replied and I sighed feeling how I did last night! We'd been rowing and I said how I didn't think he loved me anymore and that I thought he couldn't wait to go on tour to get away from me, he wondered why I thought all that but when he's saying things like this it doesn't take a genius does it!
"I'm gonna go to bed before I start another row here!" I said and then headed upstairs and sobbed.

"Right what you all having!" I shouted over the music as the girls and I entered a club
"Let me get them!" The barman then smiled, he was quite fit!
"Ok thanks!" I replied and told him what we all wanted
We then made our way over to a table and all sat around it drinking and laughing
"I think someone's got an admirer!" Saz teased and looked from me to the barman
"Yeah well, I ain't the only one who's got one of them!" I teased back and she looked confused
"Does the name Duncan ring any bells!" I laughed and then the others started joining in! We all thought her and Duncan looked cute together and when they danced there was so much chemistry between them!
"Oh don't start this again, we're both in relationships and we're just good...." She started
"Friends! Yeah we've heard it all before!" V laughed butting in causing all us to laugh
"Anyway can we change the subject please?!" Saz asked
"Well that's what you get for teasing me!" I laughed
"Oooh he's cute!" Chez suddenly shouted and looked over at a guy near the bar
"His mates aren't bad either!" V laughed and then they both went off to try their luck out and Saz and I laughed
"I'm suprised you're not gonna go and try your luck out with that barmen!" Saz said and I looked at her
"Do you want me to start winding you up again?!" I laughed and she soon shut up!

*~*Simon*~*

"You sure they said this club?!" I asked as the lads and I walked into a club full of men
"Oiii get your hands off me bits!!!" I heard Lee shout causing us to crack up
"Do you wanna get blue with me Antony!" I then heard a man say to Ant and his face was a picture
"You know I don't actually think the girls are here!" Duncan laughed
"Me either can we just get out of here please!" Lee begged and we made our way back outside getting groped along the way!
"Well I know we said we were going on the pull tonight but I didn't think we meant with fellas!" I laughed
"Come on that looks more like it!" Dunc said pointing over to a club and we walked inside hoping to find some girls!

*~*Saz*~*

I saw the lads walk in and Dunc go over to the bar, the others came over to Becz and I and we got chatting.
"Where's V and Chez?" Ant asked as they sat down
"Oh they're on the pull and doing well by the looks of it!" Becz laughed and I looked over to see them kissing the lads they were chatting to earlier!
I then saw Duncan who caught my eye by waving for me to go over to him!
"I'll be right back, I think he needs a hand with the drinks!" I laughed and got up and left the others to carry on chatting!
"You alright?" I asked as I reached Dunc and he nodded, luckily there didn't seem to be any awkwardness after yesterday!
"No Jamie?" He asked and I shook my head
"He thinks I've gone to a dance class with the girls, I couldn't tell him I was here!" I said and he nodded and payed for the drinks
"No Rach?" I then asked and he shook his head and explained how she'd gone to a work do!
"Listen that kiss yesterday....." He started but I cut in
"Yeah I know it was a long day, we were both tired and it was a mistake!" I said while grabbing some of the drinks for him but he took them out of my hands and put them back down on the bar and I looked at him
"No I was gonna say that I didn't regret it! Look I don't know why it happened or anything but I haven't been able to stop thinking about it!" He admitted and I sighed, the truth was I hadn't either!
"Me either, but we can't do anything Dunc, you're with Rach and I'm with Jamie!" I replied
"Yeah I know that and don't worry I won't say or do anything, but I just had to let you know how I felt!" He said and I nodded
"Well if we're admitting things here then I feel the same but like I said we can't do anything! I think it's best if we just forget it ever happened, I mean it was only a kiss after all!" I replied and he smiled at me and agreed.
We then headed back to the table with some drinks for everyone and V and Chez were back too!
"What took you two so long!?" Sy laughed as Dunc and I sat down
"Oh I was just explaining to her about that gay club we'd just been to!" Dunc laughed and everyone looked at him strangely before Lee explained what had happened earlier at another club!
I looked at Dunc and he looked at me and smiled, I knew then that this tour was gonna be so much harder than I first thought! Not only did I have to try and get all my dance moves right but on top of that I also had to try and resist my feelings for Duncan!
