This fic was on BB. Emz and I decided to post it on here. There are alot of chapters. So we'll post it in parts. Then once that's all out of the way we'll go back to taking it in turns to add. Anyway we hope you all like it.

Chapter one

Katie's POV

Hi my names Katie and I'm 23 years old I'm a stylist at Toni and Guys "Katie your client is here" Roni says to me "Ok hun I will there in a sec" I say taking the colour chart and walking over to my client, I have a consultation with her, I know what she wants and she knows what she wants, I go into the store cupboard and mix up a colour.

Lee's POV

I'm Lee Ryan and I'm 21, I'm in a band called Blue with my best mates, Dunk, Sy, Ant.

I got a text from Katie, she's my girlfriend we've been going out for two years *Hi babe, u still up 4 2nite? Luv K xxx* I text her back saying *Yep cya l8er sweetie Luv Lee xxx*.

Roni's POV

"Katie you want any help?” I ask her "Yeah please, could you pass up for me" She asks me "Yeah" I say passing her up the foils to her.

"Oh Roni don't forget we are meeting up tonight so don't be late" Katie tells me.

Chapter 2

Emma’s POV

Hey my names Emma. Im almost 24 and Im a fully qualified lawyer. "Emma heres your appointment list for this afternoon." Jude says whilst entering my office. Jude is my PA and close friend.
"Thanx hun." I say taking it from her. I look at the list. "No your joking right?" I say to her.

Judes POV

I look over Emmas shoulder. "Nope Im not joking." I say as I read the name Frederic Hutchinson.
"He's gonna keep me here for hours. Im not gonna fit everyone in. Why did I take on his case?" She asks me.
"Because you’re a kind caring honest woman." I say to her and she smiles.
"Your the best PA ever hun." She says to me with a smile. Ive been Emmas PA since she qualified and we get on so well. Her best mate Katie is a right laugh and thanx to Emma I met my boyfriend!! My phone goes. "Sorry." I say before disappearing to read the message.

Emmas POV

I sit there and stare at the schedule. Its gonna be a tough afternoon but Ill cope as Im off out tonight with Katie, Roni, Jude and the guys. Ive have been dating Duncan James for a year now. It’s still hard to believe that he and I are an item. Jude appears in the doorway. "Freddies here." She says before showing him in.

Duncans POV

I sit in Daniel Glatmans office with the other guys. Trying to pay attention and send a text message at the same time. "You listening?" Daniel asks.
"Yep you said we're gonna record a single in 15 minutes time." I say to him.
"Wow he can do 2 things at once." Lee teases. I playfully thump him. I then turn my attention back to my phone. Even Ants texting. *Hey babes. Mt ur place 2nite @ 7 im drivin u 2 da club so dnt b l8 love Dxxx* I send it only to be told its pending. Emmas obviously in a consultation.

Ants POV

I get a reply from Jude. *U txt @ bd times. I was in Ems office gd jb shes nice or id b in toruble. Cnt wait 4 2nite love Jude* I start to laugh.
"What?" Dunk asks.
"Judes saying your girlfriends a nice boss. If she wasnt she'd be in trouble as I text her and she was in Emma’s office." I say with a smile.
"Nutter." Dunk says to me.

Emmas POV

As soon as I get rid of Freddie I turn my phone on and smile at the message. "Jude go take a break you deserve it." I say to her.
"What about these notes?" She asks.
"Ill sort it go shopping for tonight." I say with a smile.
"I owe you." She says.
"Nah you dont." I watch her leave. I sit back and read the message again. *lookin 4ward 2 2nite babe* i put in reply. There are definately some perks to this job. I met Duncan and the others when Duncan was being taken to court for smacking a police officer in the face. I was his lawyer as Ive done several jobs for Daniel Glatman. After the case Duncan and I got talking and we hit it off. It was his blue eyes that did. Jude and Ant also hit it off to. So I love this job. Although I am a work aholic as both him and Katie and the others keep telling me. I clear up and leave a note on Jude’s desk.
*C ya later gone to court* I put before heading to the courthouse to file a petition for a client. After that I can go get ready.

Judes POV

I go shopping and buy an outfit before heading back to the office. I read Emmas note. Tidy away my stuff and head home to get sorted for tonight.

Chapter 3

Katie's POV

"Katie your client cancelled so you can go home if you want?" My boss asks me "Mmm ok cya later, Roni don't forget don't be late" I say to her and she smiles knwowing her she will turn up late.

Lee's POV

I head home after recording and I see Katie's car pull up, I park my car behind hers and I get out "Hi babe" Katie says coming up to me and wrapping her arms around my neck "Hi sweetie, how was your day?" I ask her she nods and smiles sweetly up at me.

Roni's POV

Must not be late Must not be late...

Chapter 4

Dunks POV

Ant and I leave the studio together. I drop him off at his before going to get ready for tonight. I look through my wardrobe. I cant decide which shirt to wear. In the end I pull on a plain white shirt. i leave the top couple of buttons undone. I then pulll on my new jeans and my most decent trainers. I head down to the kitchen. I flick through the post none of its that interesting. I decide to head to Emmas. I have a key so if shes not there ill just let myself in.

Judes POV

I head on home and get changed into my new outfit that Emma allowed me to go out and buy. It’s a black knee length skirt with a pale floral design and a really nice low cut black top and to finish it off I pull on my knee high boots. I sort out my phone, keys, lip gloss, mirror, purse and the rest of the stuff into my bag. The front door opens and shuts I run down to see Ant standing there in jeans and a t. "Hey sweetie." He says to me. I smile and wrap my arms round him.
"Hey babe." I say before kissing him passionately.

Dunks POV

I let myself into Emmas house her cars nto back yet. So shes probably still working. I make myself comfy on her couch and shut my eyes. So tired but at the same time looking forward to going out.

Emmas POV

Why is it when you go to file a court petition everyone else wants to too? I eventually leave the court and climb into my car. I turn the radio up and set off for home. All Rise comes on the radio and I cant help but sing along to it. Good job the windows are shut on my car or Id be getting weird looks!!!! I pull up and remove everything that I need from in my car that includes case files. I know I really should leave them at work but when you have court the next day you dont!!! I let myself in. Dunks cars out front so hes here already probably watching telly. I walk into the lounge to find him curled up asleep on the sofa. Bless he looks so cute. Can’t wake him just yet. I head up to shower and change.

Dunks POV

I hear the sound of running water. Emmas back from work then. I sit up and go make 2 hot cups of tea. In no time shes walking down the stairs in jeans and a sexy tshirt. "Babe how was your day?" I ask her as she sits next to me.
"Well I thought it was hectic but it can’t of been as hectic as yours. Did you enjoy your sleep?" she asks with a grin.
"Yeah but not as much as when you are in my arms. When are you gonna move in with me?" I ask her.
"Duncan babe I dont know." She says. I think the fact that I havent actually asked her to out right might be a factor in this problem!!!! We drink our tea and the tension in her shoulders becomes apparent.
"It really wasnt a great day was it?"
"It was fine till Freddie came in for his consultation. I really shouldnt of taken on his case but that’s work and it doesnt matter."
"Do you regret taking on my case?" I ask her.
"No because I knew you were innocent and if I hadnt of taken it on you and me wouldnt be." She says with a smile.
We then get ready to go out. Well Emma goes to finish getting ready to go out. It’s her birthday in 1 week’s time and Im planning a surprise. Dunk, Ant and Sy know about it. Ant’s gonan tell Jude her part tonight before we go out.

Ants POV

I look at Jude. "Babe I need to talk to you about something Dunks got planned for Emmas birthday."
"Cool whats he got planned only Emma hates surprises." She says to me.
"Oh she'll love this one." I say with a grin.
"Stop teasing and tell me."
"Ok well you need to give her a lift home from work to the club as Duncans doing it up for a party where there are gonna be several surprises for her. I know you dont like lying to her but you need to say that Daniel wants to see her for drinks at the club but you’re driving as your going that way." I say and Jude looks at me.
"You might need to remind me of that nearer the time." She says as I hug her. We're both ready to go out.

Chapter 5

Lee's POV

Katie and I got ready to go to the club "Katie have you ironed my shirt?" I ask her "Yes it's on the bed" She said "Thanks babe" I say going into our room I picked my shirt up and put it on.

Katie's POV

I put my black backless dress on "Katie where's the zip?" Lee asked me "It hasn't got one" I said smiling Lee had a cheeky smile plastered over his face "Ooo very nice" He said "Lee we have to go now we can't be late because you want a shag!" I say to him and he laughs, we leave the house and Lee gets us a taxi.

Roni's POV

I get home and I shower, wash my hair etc I look at the time and realise that I'm half an hour late oh crap! I run around looking for my shoes "Ah found them" I out them on and grab my bag, keys, phone and run out of the house realising I left the front door open I run back and close it, I get a taxi and go straight to the club, Katie's going to kill me she told me not to be late!!

Chapter 6

Emma’s POV

Dunk drives us to the club. Katie, Lee, Sy, Roni, Jude and Ant are already there. We're the late ones!!! "First rounds on me." I say and Jude gives me a hand to get them in. We sit in the VIP area and the buzz is all to real.
"Be back in a mo." I say disappearing.

Ants POV

"Dunk you might need to explain to Jude what’s happening next week she doesn’t understand." I say and he looks at me. The others all look at him. Intently. We guys know the girls don’t.

Dunks POV

"Well its Emma’s birthday on Saturday. So I’ve got this surprise. Everyone at work is in on it. Jude I need you to bring Emma here on the pretence its to talk to Daniel about a case. In reality there is no case. It’s going to be a surprise party for her. At some point during the night I’m going to give her 2 boxes one with house keys in and the other a rather pretty ring. Or as my mum put it. The best ring ever." I say. Jude, Roni and Katie all gasp.
"She'll lynch you she hates surprises." Jude says to me.
"Who you guys talking about?" Emma asks coming over.
"My mum she wants to see you again and soon as in tomorrow night." I say to her.
"Ok cool. Your mums the best." Emma says whilst sitting on my lap and polishing off my drink.
"When am I going to meet your parents?" I ask her. "Well any of your family for that matter." I whisper in her ear.
"Not yet." She says to me.
"Am I not good enough for them?" I tease her. It doesn’t bother me but she never talks about them.
"Yeah you are look Ill tell you about them when we get home." She says to me.
"Ill hold you to that." I say before pulling her to the dance floor.

Jude’s POV

"Dunk and Emma are so cute." I say to Ant. "So glad I’ve got you to." I say to him we then hit the dance floor. Katie and Lee are so loved up. As for Roni and Sy they look so cute and adorable together.

Chapter 7

Lee's POV

I watch Katie dancing, she looks so sexy "Katie" I say and she turns around to face me "Yeah?" She says I smile at her and she twigs on what I want "Let's go then” Katie says taking my hand, I hear the others whistling.

Katie's POV

We get home the first thing Lee does is pick me up and takes me upstairs to our room, well looks I won't be having an early night!

Chapter 8

Emma’s POV

Dunk and I watch Katie leave. We agree to stay a bit longer. Roni and Sy seem to have disappeared into some darkened corner. "Can we go?" I ask him.
"Course we can." He says and we say bye to Ant and Jude. Dunk drives us to mine.

Ants POV

Jude is so sweet. We continue to dance on the floor. I buy her another glass of wine and we sit talking. Shes the love of my life.

Dunks POV

I sit on Emma’s sofa while Emma makes 2 coffees. She brings them through. "You going to tell me about your family?" I ask her. She looks at me before getting up and walking across to the sideboard. She starts rummaging for something.

Emma’s POV

I find the photo of my family. I can tell Duncan he wont tell anyone. It just hurts to talk about it. I sit back down and pass the photo to him. "You look so happy together how come you don’t talk about them?" I ask her.
"We were happy in that photo but 10 days later our lives changed for ever." She says.
"How?" You don’t have to tell me though if you don’t want to."
“I want to tell you Duncan." I say to him. I cant look at him. The hurts coming to the surface.

Dunks POV

I can see the tears in her eyes. I place my hand on top of hers and squeeze it gently. She smiles at me. "Hannah my sister. She was 12 in that photo and I was 8. We were inseparable. We were best friends and she stuck up for me and would take the wrap for me." Emma says before stopping. What’s with the past tense? I don’t want to push her so I just let her know that I’m there. "10 days after that photo was taken things. It was a nice sunny day. Hannah walked me to school before going on to her school......She was picked up by mum as she wasn’t feeling well. So I had to walk home on my own. I walked into our house and knew something wasn’t right as there were police cars out front. Dad took me into the lounge and said someone had hurt Hannah and that she wouldn’t be coming back but she'd be my guardian angel. Mum had been hurt to. We moved house and the police caught Hannah’s killer but he got off because of the lack of evidence. Mum's idling him wasn’t good enough. It ripped our family apart. Dad wasn’t dad after that he through himself into work and mum well she became depressed. I through myself into my schoolwork. Went to uni and studied to be a lawyer. I wanted innocent people to be allowed to go free and to help sort justice for victim’s families. Mum and dad got divorced and I haven’t heard from either of them. The day Hannah died my family died." Emma says and I sit there taking it all in. That explains the lack of family photos though. I pull her to me and she cries into my chest. Now I also know why she thinks so fondly of my mum.
"Do Jude and the others girls know?" I ask her.
"Katie knows she’s my best mate so I told her and Jude knows to. Shes my PA so she noticed one year that I was feeling low on the 12th of May and we got talking so I told her about Hannah. Hannah's birthday was the 12th of May you see." Emma says to me. She now appears more tense than ever.
"Come on." I say lifting her up. She snuggles her head into my chest.

Emma’s POV

A weights been lifted off my shoulders now that Dunk knows. He carries me up stairs and i snuggle my head into his chest. His strong arms make me feel safe and loved. His mum Fiona is the nicest person ever and Im looking forward to tomorrow night as I like spending time with her. Dunk places me on the bed.
"Lie on your stomach." He says to me. I’m too tired to argue. The next thing I know he's massaging my shoulders and boy does it feel good. When he finishes I pull on my pjs and climb into bed. He lies next to me just in his boxers and I lay my head on his chest. "You’re the best Duncan." I say to him. He wraps his arms round me. "I love you."
"I love you to babe." He says back as I shut my eyes.

Ants POV

Jude and I head home. I carry her up to her room. We wont be sleeping yet awhile that’s for sure as she’s making me so hot.

Chapter 9

Katie's POV

After Lee and I finished our steamy night of passion we fell asleep in each others arms.

Next morning

Lee's POV

I had to get up early because we had a band meeting, I accidentally woke Katie up "Sorry babe go back to sleep" I say she shuts her eyes again then goes into a deep sleep.

I get out of the house and there is a car waiting for me I get in and head off to Innocent records building.

Katie's POV

I had an hours lie in I didn't have to go into work today so I thought I would go shopping I would ask girls to come with me but there working, I have a quick shower and dry my hair, then I get dressed I have breakfast.
I leave the house at 11 and get into my car, I drive into town I park up and then I hit the shops.

Chapter 10

Dunks POV

I wake at 6. Emma’s still asleep in my arms. I gently shake her as she needs to get up to. "Go have a shower while I make breakfast." I say before kissing her nose. I watch her disappear to the bathroom. I cook is both breakfast. I still can’t believe what she told me last night. It explains why she will do all in her power to help people left picking up the pieces from murder cases and generally represents the innocent. It also explains the pained looking her eyes, the way she likes to act like a tough beauty in the court room when in reality she’s soft and vulnerable and kind. In court though she’s tougher than the male lawyers its quiet scary. I would hate to get into an argument with her as she'd win!!! I place 2 plates on the table just as she walks in. She looks so hot in her smart black suit with the purple blouse. "Put your tongue back in babe." She says to me with a smile. After breakfast I go shower. I’ve got to be at innocent records in an hour. I head back down and we walk out of the front door together. "Come to mine tonight." I say before we kiss.
"Will do." She says when we part. I drive to the studio to find Ant, Sy and Lee already there.

Jude’s POV

I drive to the court and walk in with Emma. She smiles as I produce case notes and other stuff that has been arranged as of this morning. I sit back to take notes of the prosecutions argument whilst Emma and our client talk. I pass her all the notes and we head for coffee. "Do you think we will win?" I ask her.
"We will if the other lawyer keeps over stepping the line like he has done this morning plus some of his evidence is in admissible and I have a witness he knows nothing about." She says with a grin and I laugh. She’s a crazy boss sometimes.
"Did you talk to Dunk about your family?" I ask her.
"Yeah I did last night and it felt so right him knowing. He seemed to understand and a weights been lifted off of my shoulders." She says as we head back to court. I pull my black skirt down as it seems to be rising as I walk. I blame the lining!!!!!

Chapter 11

Katie's POV

I get back from shopping and Lee is home from the meeting he's sitting on the sofa watching cartoons. "Hey Lee" I say putting down the bags and sitting next to him. "Hi babe, you alright?" He asks me not taking his eyes off the tele. "I'm fine, you?" I ask him "I'm alright, how was your day?" He asks me. "Fine I went shopping spent all your money" I say he turns around and looks at me with fear written all over his face. "You didn't did you?" He asks me "No of course not why would I spend your money when I've got my own?" I ask him "I don't mind babe" He says smiling at me then he changes the subject "So what did you buy?” he asks me "Clothes, underwear and a new toothbrush for you because some how you managed to lose yours and some food for the cupboards" I say "Underwear what sort of underwear?” He asks me I roll my eyes at him "Just a new bra nothing special" I say he gives me a cheeky smile "No" I say "But please" He says giving me puppy dog eyes "No" I say trying to avoid looking at him "Baby please" he says slipping his arms around my waist I look at him.

Lee's POV

I start kissing her neck knowing that's her weakness "Stop it” She says trying to pull away from me "No" I say.


Sy's POV

I've got a surprise for Roni, I've cooked her a nice meal and sprinkled rose petals and lit candles in the bedroom, I scattered some rose petals through the hall way.

Roni comes through the door she looks at me and smiles "Aww Sy" She says coming towards me and kissing me on the lips.

Roni's POV

Aww bless my Sy he done all this for me I will repay him later

Lee's POV

Katie would not budge how mean is she? "Lee we are going out for a meal” Katie says smiling "Are we?" I ask her "Yes" She says getting up and going upstairs to our room to get changed.

20 minutes later she comes downstairs "Wow Katie you look beautiful" I say looking her up and down, she was wearing a short black dress and her hair was in lose curls.

Katie's POV

Lee was standing there looking at me for a while until I told him to get changed, he come downstairs 15 minutes later and he looked hot!

We got in the car and drove off to an Italian restaurant, we had a lovely meal but we got chucked out of the restaurant apparently kissing is urm inappropriate hehe.

Chapter 12

1 WEEK LATER

Dunks POV

I wake early and kiss Emma. "Happy birthday babe." I say to her. I then hand her a card and pressie.
"Awww thanx babe." She says as she reads the card and opens the present. "Help me do the necklace up then." She says with a grin and I do help her. She then gets dressed. Judes picking her up to take her to work.
"See you later birthday girl Dont work to hard." I say as we kiss before she leaves. I then get dressed after shes gone and head to the club where Im gonna be meeting Sy, Ant and Lee.

Judes POV

"Happy birthday hun." I say to Emma as she gets into my car.
"Cheers Jude." She says to me. "I dont get why none of you will let me drive today unless your all planning on getting me drunk." She says.
"Yep thats exactly it." I say with a grin. We pull up at the office and head on in. "By the way heres your present." I say handing her a bag.

Emmas POV

I take the bag from Jude. We head into my office and I open it. Its a lilac dress with some silver earrings. "Hun this must have cost a fortune." I say before hugging her.
"Your worth it as my boss and mate." She says to me. The whole day passes quickly.

Dunks POV

We get the club set up for tonights party. Not long till Jude and Emma arrive. Katie and Roni are here already. Katie and Lee are all over each other so are Roni and Sy.

Judes POV

I text Dunk to let him no Emma and I are now leaving the office. "So where we going?" Emma asks me.
"Daniel wants to see you to give you a birthday drink." I say whilst driving to the club. We pull up outside and head in.

Emmas POV

Jude and I walk in. Sudenyl "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" is yelled at me. I spot Lee, Ant, Sy, Katie and Roni. I also spot Daniel but Dunks no where in sight. Roni and Katie hug me. They then hand me some presents which I open after sipping the drink Daniel passes me. "I hate surprise parties." I say to Katie and Jude and they smile.
"Blame Dunk." Katie says and I roll my eyes. Suddenly the lights move to the far end of the club and thats when I see Dunk.

Dunks POV

"I know you all came here tonight because I asked you to. It was to surprise my special girl on her birthday." I say and I spy Emma trying to back into a corner. "I have a few more surprises for Emma." I say before giving the signal for Sy to grab Emma and lead her towards me.

Sys POV

I walk over to Emma. "Dunk wants you up there now go." I say but she looks at me as if to say no flower way. So I grab her hand and lead her towards Dunk. He takes her hand and leads onto the stage. "Heres your first pressie." He says to her and we all watch. that'll be the house keys.

Emmas POV

I open up the box. "Emma I want you to move in with me." He says once Ive taken the keys out of the box. Im stunned. I can feel everyones eyes on me.
"Of course I will move in with you." I say before kissing him. He is so sweet.

Dunks POV

First pressie done now for the big question. Heres hoping she doesnt say no as all eyes are on us. I get down on one knee and Emma shoots me a puzzled look. I produce the other box from my pocket. "emma I love you with all my heart. Have done ever since I clapped eyes on you. I love you more with each day so will you do me the biggest honour of becoming my wife." I say before opening the box to show her the white gold ring. She stands there with a stunned expression on her face. Shes gonna say no I just know it.
"Erm could you say that last little bit again please." She says.
"Will you marry me?" I ask again.
"Course I will." She says with tears in her eyes. The guys cheer. I stand up and place the ring on her finger and kiss her. We then join the others on the dance floor.

Emmas POV

"Dunk this is perfect." I say to him before looking at the ring again. His mum appears.
"Happy birthday sweetie and welcome to my family." She says to me.
"Thanx Fi. Did you know about all this?" I ask her.
"Everyone did." She says before leaving Dunk and I to dance.
"So whats this house like then?" I ask him.
"Your dream home you know the one you have said youve always dreamed of in the country. Big garden, thatched roof." He says to me and I stare.
"Roses in the garden and round the front door?" I ask and he nods his head. He then produces a photo of it and tears spring into my eyes again. "God its perfect." I say to him and he smiles.

Judes POV

She said yes to Dunk. So glad she hasnt killed me for not telling her. I dance with Ant. Its perfect night.

Chapter 13

Katie's POV

Aww she said yes I'm so happy for her she looks so happy, Lee wraps his arms around me I hope Lee pops the question to me "What you thinking babe?"He asks me while we sway to the music "Just thinking how happy Emma and Dunk are" I say smiling.

Lee's POV

I think Katie wants me to pop the question but I don't think we're ready for that yet.
"Shall we go now babe, you look tired?" I ask Katie "Yeah lets say bye to the guys" She says taking my hand, we say bye to everyone then we leave.
We pull up outside our house and go inside, Katie goes into the kitchen and gets herself a drink I go into the kitchen and wrap my arms around her waist and kiss her neck gently.

Chapter 12

Ants POV

Jude and I head on home. We head on up to the bedroom but I refuse to let her take her own clothes off. "Ant please." She says to me. But I start to do it for her and I think she realises what I want!!!!

Emmas POV

People are leaving and Im tired. "Duncan can we go?" I ask him.
"What home?" He says. I nod my head. "Lets just go say bye to my mum, Daniel and Johnny then." He says and I nod my head. I hug Fiona goodbye and I walk over to Daniel. "See you tomorrow in that meeting." I say to him and he looks at me.
"As in the meeting with blue?" He asks.
"The meeting at 10 I dont know who its with." I say to him.
"That'd be the one with blue." He says to me.
"Im just covering it for a collegue so dont worry." I say before hugging him goodbye. Duncan and I then leave.

Duncans POV

"Where do you want to go?" I ask Emma.
"Home" She says in a tired way.
"Which home would that be?| I ask and she looks at me.
"A home where I have clothes." She says with a smile. "Oh and a car." I cant help but laugh.
"Your house it is then. But tomorrow afternoon we'll be moving stuff to our house." I say and she smiles.
"You mean the house Ive always dreamt of I cant wait to see that." She says whilst shutting her eyes. Bless her. I pull up outside my flat and she wakes up.
"Since when has this been my house?" She asks.
"Your cars here silly." I say to her and she looks at me.
"So where did we sleep last night?" She asks.
"Yours because I drove you to yours so that Jude would have to give you a lift to work." I say and she looks at me.
"Makes sense I suppose." Is her comment as she gets out of the car. We walk into my flat and head straight for the bedroom!!!!! Her birthday is gonna end in style.

Chapter 13

Katie's POV

The next morning I get up and go into the bathroom I jump into the shower, then I jump out I dry off and go into the bedroom I get dressed I put my black trousers on and white top.
Lee gets up and wonders off into the bathroom he still looks like he's asleep.

Lee's POV

I wake up and Katie's already up and dressed, she looks nice today I hear the hairdryer go I grab a quick shower then I get out I wrap a towel around my waist and go into the bedroom where Katie is plaiting her hair "Morning babe" I say kissing her cheek "Lee your wet" She says moving out of my way "Well I just got out of the shower" I say she turns around once she finished doing her hair and smiles "Oh yeah so you have" She says giggling.
"Lee can I ask you something?" Katie asks me "Yeah of course" I say "Lee do you see us spending the rest our life together?" She asks me I look at her "Urm I don't know" I say shrugging my shoulders "We're having fun aren't we? I don't think we will spend the rest our lives together” I say Katie looks at me sadly "Oh right so what we have is just fun? You don't love me?" She asks "Lee are you seeing someone else?" She asks me "Why do you ask that?" I ask, she shrugs her shoulders "Just asking" She says "So Lee do you love me?” She asks me again "No" I say I can see the pain in Katie's eyes I've hurt her she gets up and grabs a bag packs her stuff and leaves. What have I done?



Chapter 14

Emmas POV

I kiss Dunk goodbye before driving to the office. Im going to see him today at that meeting but he doesnt know it as I want to remain professional!

Dunks POV

I head to Daniels office. Lee's sat there looking fed up. "What you done?" I ask him.
"Why do I have to have done something?" He asks.
"YOu have that look on your face that says Ive been a holiday idiot." I say matter of factly.
"I told Katie that what we have is just fun and that I dont love her." He says to me. Im stunned.
:I thought you loved her Lee. Do what ever you want but follow your heart and stop hurting people mate." I say to him before settling back into the sofa.

Ants POV

I walk into Daniels office. Lee looks upset and Dunk seems to be attempting to make him feel better. Sy and I sit back and talk when Daniel appears. "Our solicitor will be here soon." He says before sitting behind his desk.

Judes POV

"Emma you need all these files. Oh and we're doing lunch with Katie and Roni at the italian restaurant at 1 so dont be late." I say to her.
"Yes mum." She says with a grin.
"Cheeky how was the rest of your birthday night?" I ask her.
"It was good. Cant wait to see the house this afternoon though. Look Id better go or Ill be late." She says before hugging me and leaving. I start filing stuff and scanning the net for ideas.

Emmas POV

I drive to the intelligent building and park my car. I walk up and knock Daniels office door before entering. The look on the guys faces is a picture. It really is. Dunk is stunned bless him. "Im only here as my boss is in court so couldnt ge here. But after today it will be Andrew dealing with this." I say and they all nod their heads.

Dunks POV

Cheeky minx she could have old me this morning. I grab a bit of paper off of Dans desk. *Why didnt you tell me. Wait after teh meeting only you look so god dam hot in that suit and I want you right now. D xxx* I pass it to her indirectly via Ant. I watch her read it she goes bright red.
"Problem Emma?" Daniel asks.
"Yeah Emma?" Ant asks with a grin.
"No no problem at all just ban Dunk from having paper and pens till Im gone." She says before balling up the paper and chucking it at me. It hits me on the head and the guys laugh. Johnny picks it up and reads it. Emma goes redder still and I swear I go red!!!!

Emmas POV

The meeting draws to an end. I make a run for it but get stopped by Daniel. "Your fiancee is gonna be a handful if hes like this all the time." HE says. He passes me another note from Dunk. I read it. *Sorry babe didnt mena to embaress you but cant help how i feel.*
"Hes nuts he really is." I say to Daniel. "Whats up with Lee?" I ask him and he shrugs his shoulders. Lee appears and I go talk to him. "You did what?" I ask when hes finished.
"Well I dont love her." He says to me. I walk away before I say something I might regret and I head to my car and climb in. I get out to remove the bunch of roses from under the windscreen wiper. *Love D* Is on the message bit. I smile and drive to the restaurant to meet Jude, Roni and Katie

Chapter 15

Katie's POV

"He doesn't love me he says what we had was a bit of fun" I say tearfully "Lee is a muppet he does love you deep down" Roni says putting her arm around me "No he doesn't" I say he broke my heart something I thought would never happen.

Roni's POV

Katie looks so upset I can't believe Lee "Come on Katie lets go we're meeting Emma and Jude" I say "No I don't think I will come" She says "You are coming it will cheer you up" I say she smiles weakily at me "Ok" She says and we head off to the restaurant, I see Emma and Jude have arrived.

Jude's POV

Katie and Roni come over, Katie looks upset about something "Katie what's wrong?"I ask her she sits down "He doesn't love me" She said I'm totally confused who doesn't love her? "Who hun?" I ask her Emma nudges me "Lee he said what we had is a bit of fun"Katie said crying.

Lee's POV

"You said that you didn't love her?"Sy says to me totally stunned "Yeah" I said "You and Katie are so good together I thought you loved her" He says "Well I don't" I say.

Sy's POV

I can't believe Lee, Katie loves him I know she does the way she looks at him I don't know why he just changed his mind all of a sudden "Lee you seeing someone else?" I ask him "No" He says.

Lee's POV

I go home and I expect Katie to come up to me and give me a kiss but she's not here to welcome me home.
I go upstairs and I see a picture of me and Katie, we look so happy and loved up.

Katie's POV

Why doesn't he love me? Am just not good enough for him? Am I ugly?

Chapter 16

Judes POV

"Katie hun Lee will realise what a moron hes been trust me. I swear he loves you I think hes just a bit scared of commiting to someone thats all." I say to her and she smiles weakly at me. I hear a phone start to go. I look at Roni and Jude they shrug their shoulders. "Not me." Roni says and Emma looks in her bag.
"I swear I had this on silent." She says before opening up the message. She goes bright red. I take the phone from her and read the message. *C u soon sweetie. We're gonna christen the new house in style! Sorry bout da meetin early. Keep that suit on as I have ideas love D* I start to laugh and Emma goes redder still.

Ronis POV

"Jude spill." I say to her and she reads out the message from Emmas phone. Katie and I start to laugh. It looks like Emma wants the floor to open up. "What happened in that meeting?" I ask her.
"Duncan sent me a note which I read before chucking at him. Johnny then read it. Ant knew what Dunk had written so I was not amused. But he did send me a note via Daniel apologising and he ordered roses to they were under my windscreen wiper." She says. I take her phone from Jude. *Duncan ur gonna have to wait. I mean txtin us while we're eatin not clever. Emma went red so we all knew it was u now get ur brain out of ur pants & back into ur head & do sum wk. Emmas gonna tell us all the details later* I send it and Emma looks enguiringly at me.
"I didnt put anything rude." I say to her and we continue the meal.

Emmas POV

After the meal I head to mine and pack my clothes I then head to Dunks as hes gonna be driving me to the new house.

Dunks POV

I watch Emma walk over to me. I help her put her things in my car. "So know what I want." I say to her and she smiles.
"Control yourself for a bit longer babe." She says before kissing me. God shes a tease.

Chapter 17

Katie's POV

"I'm gonna get the rest of my stuff from Lee's house" I say to Roni "Do you want me to come with you?" She asks me "No I will be fine hun thanks anyway" I say hugging her I go into my car and drive to Lees.

Lee's POV

Someone knocks on the door and I get up then answer it "Katie" I say shocked to see her "Hi Lee I've come to get the rest of my stuff" She says in a small voice "Urm ok come in" I say stepping aside to let her in, I can smell her perfume why did I have to be such an idiot? "Katie" I say taking her hand and she turned around to face me "Yeah?" She says.

Katie's POV

"I've been such a fool to let you go I do love you Katie" He says pulling me closer to him "Lee I don't know" I say.

Chapter 18

Judes POV

I drive to the office and tidy up ready for tomorrow. Im going out tomorrow as Emma has given me the day off. Im gonna spend it with Ant so I get everything ready for her. Appointments sorted things for her to sign and case files all set up on her desk. I then head home to see my Antony.

Ants POV

Jude arrives home looking tired. "Come here babe." I say before pulling her to me and kissing her passionately. I carry her to our room.

Emmas POV

Dunk drives us to the new house. Well Ive told him he cant have me just yet. I know exactly what he wants and I want it to but we're gonna wait untill we're at the house. "Eyes on the road." I say to him as I notice him staring at me and not at the road. I cant help but smile.

Dunks POV

I pull up outside our home and the look on Emmas face says it all. I get out of the car and we walk hand in hand up the front path. "Wow." Emma says to me. I carry her in through the door. She kisses my neck as I carry her up the stairs. "I want to explore first." She says when we reach the bedroom.
"Nuh uh youve made me wait long enough." I say as I lay her on the bed. I remove her blouse with one hand and she takes my shirt off.

Chapter 19

Katie's POV

"Yes you do you love me I love you" Lee says stroking my cheek "Lee please" I say trying to pull away from him but he doesn't let go of me "Katie I'm not letting you go I want you back" He says.

Lee's POV

I look into her brown eyes then I lean in and kiss her softly on the lips "Please babe don't leave me" I say "I won't" Katie says kissing me passionately.

Chapter 20

Emmas POV

"Dunk pass me your shirt." I say to him and he looks at me like Im mad.
"No your not disappearing." He says to me.
"I want to explore we can always get back to this in a little while just in another room." I say with a smile and his eyes light up. He passes me his top. Well my shirt seems to have disappeared!!!! I pull my trousers on and Dunk pulls his jeans on. We then head down and out into the garden. "Its massive and so beautiful Duncan. It really is perfect." I say to him and he smiles. We then unload the car before getting loved up again.

Judes POV

god Ants good. He really loves me and I love him so much. I curl up in his arms. "I love you so much." I say to him.
"I love you to hun." He says to me.

Chapter 21

Katie's POV

I pull away from Lee and take him upstairs to our room, not to sleep though.

Lee's POV

I lay Katie down on the bed and start to kiss her neck while removing her clothes and she removes mine.
After we made love we decide to go for a walk and then we go to starbucks for a coffee it's nice just talking.

Katie's POV

Lee keeps making me laugh, he keeps making funny noises with his coffee when he sips it making me giggle "Aww your giggle is so cute" Lee says kissing my nose "Well I do try to be cute" I say then start to giggle.

Chapter 22

Dunks POV

Emma and I make love in virtually every room. Well she wont let us do it in the kitchen, lounge or dining room. Not that Im complaining!!!!! We head back to the bedroom after eating pizza and we curl up in bed together. I look into her blue eyes that are shining with happiness and love. "I love you Duncan Matthew James so very much." She says to me.
"I love you to." I say before kissing her.

Ronis POV

Sy and I head to a romantic restaurant his treat!!!! "Roni babe I think we need to spend more time together." He says to me.
"I agree there Sy." I say and after the meal we head home. Well we’re not going to waste anytime every second in each others company counts.

Chapter 23

Katie's POV

"Lee I just remembered I have to go to Toni and Guys I need to pick something up" I say he looks at me totally confused "Who's Toni and Guy?" He asks me "The hairdressers I work in babe" I say smiling "Oh right" He says I hug him "Bless ya sweetie" I say kissing him on the lips and he smiles.

Lee's POV

I was quite worried when she said she had to go to Toni and Guys, we leave starbucks and we walk to Toni and Guys hairdressers when we get there Katie walks in and these blokes start staring at her I take Katie's hand "Ooo Lee someone jealous?" Katie says whispering in my ear "No" I say quickly and Katie smiles.
She gets what she had to pick up which is some colour charts "Who are they for?" I ask her "Roni wants me to do her hair and I need to colour chart so that I know and she knows what she wants" She says.

Katie's POV

We get home and Lee wants me to cut his hair "Lee keep still" I say trying to cut his hair but he keeps moving "Lee if you don't keep still then you will end up with oneside shorter than the other" I say and he keeps still.

Chapter 24

Ants POV

Jude and I go for a walk in the park. We watch kids feeding the ducks with their parents. One day this will be us. Well I intend for it to be as Im not gonna let Jude go as I love her with all my heart. Shes the one. You know the one who makes you feel good knows what to say and when to say it. Thats Jude. Shes the love of my life and nothings gonna change that.

Judes POV

This is what Ive dreamed of all week. Spending time with Ant. My heart truly belongs with him. He's so sweet and I love him with all my heart. "Jude babe shall we go home?" He asks.
"Yeah lets." I say with a twinkle in my eye.
"You have a dirty mind." He says to me and I laugh.
"So do you Mr for thinking that I’m thinking that." I say and he laughs. We head home to fulfil what we were thinking of.

Chapter 25

Katie's POV

After I finished cutting Lee's hair I stood in between his legs to make sure his hair was even "Lee stop it now" I say he was running his hand up my thigh "Stop it" I say giggling because he was now tickling me, he pulls me onto his lap "Lee Ryan behave" I say trying to get off his lap but he holds onto me tightly around the waist.

Lee's POV

I think Katie knows what I'm thinking "Lee no" She says getting off my lap "Come on Katie please babe" I say giving her puppy dog eyes "Fine" She says then we go upstairs to our room.

Chapter 26

Emmas POV

I sit down at the dining room table whilst Dunk goes to get showered and changed. I set out all my case files for tomorrow. I cant believe how many court cases Ive got. I have 5 scehduled one after the other with the same judge. That really isnt good as if he ends up in a bad mood by the end of the first case I could lose my second case. Its one of those things though. I reread my case notes making any ammendments where necessary. My last case tomorrow is Freddies and right now I think hes guilty which is not a good thing when Im trying to get him off. I reread the evidence thats stacked up against him most of its circumstantial so I can pull it apart. I can also get the charge lessoned by saying the police have been harrassing him which they have. The number of times ive had to go to the station because hes been arrested for something like driving with a broken tailight. Its not even an arrestable offence!!! I sit there staring at my case notes getting annoyed with myself for taking on this case.

Dunks POV

I get out of the shower and wrap a towel round my waist. I head downstairs. I want to take Emmas mind off of tomorrows cases. I know shes annoyed at taking on Freddies case so I intend to make her forget about it for a few hours. I creep up behind her and wrap my arms around her. She jumps up out of the chair. "Duncan you did that on purpose you cheeky monkey." She says pretending to be annoyed because I got her wet.
"Well if you come with me we can both get wet together or I can dry you off." I say to her with a grin before picking her up and carrying her up the stairs.
"You are such a destraction you know that." She says to me.
"Yep thats the whole point and thats why your gonna marry me." I say to her.
"Nah Im gonna marry you because your gorogus kind caring and loaded. She says with a smile. I know the money means nothing to her though.
"So you just want my body and my money." I say to her with a smile. She giggles at me before silencing me with a kiss.

Chapter 27

Katie's POV

"Lee get off me" I say he keeps kissing me "I need the loo" I say then he gets off me I get up and ran to the loo, I burst into tears as soon as I closed the door.

Lee's POV

I hear Katie crying in the bathroom "Katie babe what's wrong?" I ask her she doesn't say anything she just cries.

Katie's POV

Why do I feel like this? Why do I feel used? I just sit there and cry.

Chapter 28

Dunks POV

I sit on the sofa with Emma curled up next to me. My phone goes and i let out a sigh. holiday typical is all I can think. I answer it when I see Lee flashing on the screen. "Mate Im coming over." I say hangin up the phone. I had had to say that to shut him up. He sounded panicked. Emma looks questioningly at me. "Katies looked herself in the bathroom and is sobbing her heart out and lee being the guy that he is doesnt know what to do so we are going over to give him a hand." I say and Emma smiles before running and grabbing the car keys,
"Im driving." She says before running out the door. I lock up and run to the car. she has my car keys and is planning on driving my car shes mad. I aint gonna let that happen. Ok maybe I dont have a choice!!!!

Emmas POV

I drive us at the legal speedlimit to Lees house. Lee opens the door before we've even rung the bell. He shoves me in the direction of the stairs. So i merely head to the bathroom. "Katie hun its me." I say and she opens up the door after what seems like an age. I walk in and sit on the edge of the bath. I pull her to me as she cries. "Whats wrong?" I ask and she spills all. Im gonna throttle Mr Ryan for this.

Dunks POV

I head into the kitchen with Lee. "Whats going on?" I ask him.
"I dont know. I love her Duncan. I really love her but Im scared that she'll leave me so I havent told her." He says to me.
"Lee you prat the other day you told her it was fun when she said she loved you. Cant you just tell her the truth?" I ask him and he looks at me. The hurt clear in his eyes.
"But will she believe me and how the hell can I when she wont talk to me." He says and I cant help but feel for him. He really loves her its clear to see. At last hes admitted it to someone even if Im not the person he needs to tell!. Emma appears and I can see the look of anger in her eyes. I walk over to her.
"Is she ok?" I ask and Emma nods her head.
"She thinks that moron is using her." She tells me.
"Well I guess I need to go tell her that that isnt the case as Lee loves her. He just told me." I say and Emma smiles at me. I head on up to see Katie. Shes sitting on the bed.
"Katie Lee isnt using you. He loves you. You and him need to talk." I say to her.
"What would you know?" She asks me.
"Lee told me as he didnt think you'd listen to him. He really cares about you." I say before hugging her as the fresh tears fall down her face.

Emmas POV

I sit next to lee. "Dont say it. I know Im stupid and hopeless." He says to me. I smile.
"I wasnt gonna say it." I say to him and he gives me the Yeah rite look. "Lee Im being serious. I wasnt gonna say it. Maybe I was angry after what Katie just said to me and maybe I was planning on throttleing you but Dunk just told me you love her so I couldnt stay angry." I say.
"What did Katie say?" He asks me.
"Lee she thinks your after one thing only. I mean only the other day you told her it was fun only what you trying to do to her?"
"Im scared that if I tell her how I feel Ill get hurt at some point thats all." He says to me.
"Lee Im gonna tell you somit. She wouldnt hurt you. She loves you and you've both got family to support you. I mean that helps a lot" I say to him and he looks at me.
"Like you and Dunk have." I turn away. Dunk has family but I dont.

Lees POV

Emmas right I have to tell Katie and we have got family to support us. Who cares what the fans think. Not me right now I have to be honest and follow my heart. I look at Emma after what I just said and see a pain in her eyes.
"What did I say." I ask her.
"Nothing." She says to me.
"Liar it was the word family." I say and she turns back to face me.
"KAtie, Roni, Jude and Dunk know. I just havent told you Ant or Sy. Never known how to." She says to me.
"This about your family?" I ask her. She nods her head.
"Took me long enough to tell Dunk dont know why though." She says before telling me everything and little things begin to make sense in my mind. I hug her.
"Im glad you told me now for me to tell Katie how I feel." I say before standing up and going to go find Katie and Dunk.
